Joshi’s arrest, the second time in this scam, comes after the arrest of retired IAS Subodh Agarwal last month. Earlier, the former minister was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in April last year for money laundering pertaining to these scam-related transactions. He had remained in jail for almost seven months and is currently on bail.
